Christopher C. Noecker
Chris is a commercial attorney whose practice has encompassed a variety of business disputes, contract negotiations and drafting. As a litigator, Chris has managed matters from in-take through trial, including drafting written discovery, conducting witness interviews and preparing witnesses for trial, settlement negotiations, preparing and arguing dispositive motions and appellate briefs, and assisting with various state and federal trials. He has litigated at trial and appellate levels, before federal and state courts, and before Illinois and Colorado administrative agencies. He has represented clients in litigation involving breach of contract, consumer fraud, licensing, violations of state and federal securities laws, fraud and other business torts, defamation, environmental compliance issues, product liability and antitrust claims. Chris’ transactional experience includes addressing telemarketing, security and privacy, real estate, mortgage and construction lending concerns. Chris graduated with honors from Bucknell University and The University of Chicago Law School.
